ELAINA WIESER

Come Enjoy All Level Vinyasa Yoga with Elaina Wieser.

Elaina has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2006. She has taught a variety of classes, with children and the elderly alike, from prenatal to chair yoga. She has taught beginner, restorative, all-level, power vinyasa, hot and stand up paddle board, all while trying to find her path and her truth. What she found was comfort in her body, her practice and her unique style of teaching. Her yoga journey, coupled with her background in Social Work has shaped a dynamic yet nurturing practice with a sense of humor mixed in. As an instructor, She sees herself as a guide, encouraging students to find their own truth in their practice. She encourages practitioners to leave competition and judgement at the door, allowing them to feel safe in who they are and where they are, while remaining mindful and present. Take Elaina's classes and experience how good and fun yoga can be.  She will guide you through a practice that will move energy in a transformative way with love, lightness and humor.
